User research revealed five key groups — professionals, students, parents, wellness seekers, and seniors — all frustrated by cluttered, commercialized apps. They seek a simple, calming, and guided experience without distractions or paywalls.
To solve this, I created a free, minimalist meditation app that offers a calm, accessible experience for users at every level. The app is structured around three core tabs. Home, which provides personalized recommendations and easy access to recent sessions. Explore, where users can browse guided meditations organized by difficulty level and Profile, which tracks progress, streaks, and activity. With a soothing visual design, intuitive navigation, and no paywalls or distractions, the app empowers users to build a consistent mindfulness habit whether they have 5 minutes or 30. Simple, focused, and stress-free.
